100% Cabernet Breton is a red wine produced by Les Grandes Vigness Winery with Cabernet Franc. It undergoes a 6 days maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation in barrels for 6 months, and then further aging for 8 months in concrete tanks. No filtration or clarification, and no sulfites added.
