Bianca Regina is a white wine produced by Lusenti Winery with a 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes. After the destemming and crushing process, the must is left in contact with the skins for approximately 7 days, gentle pressing, and fermentation occurs only with the clear juice, aging in acacia wood barrels for 9 months and subsequently aging in the bottle for 3-4 years. No filtration or clarification.
