Amuseto is a orange wine by Migliosi Winery produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes. After destemming and gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation with skin maceration for 7 days in tonneaux (large wooden barrels), another maceration on the skins for approximately 7 days in steel tanks and then matures for an additional 4 months in steel tanks.
