Solluchero” from Cantina Nevio Scala is a macerated white wine produced from 65% Yellow Muscat and 35% White Muscat grapes. The fermentation occurs spontaneously in cement tanks with skin contact without the addition of selected yeasts. After approximately 3 days of maceration, the must is separated from the skins. The wine is aged for about 9 months in cement tanks.
