Libeccio 225 is a sparkling red wine produced by Podere Cipolla Winery vinified with Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration on the skins for approximately 15 days. Subsequently, it undergoes refermentation in the bottle using the ancestral method without disgorgement (sur lies). No filtration, stabilization, or clarification.
