Nina is a sparkling white wine produced by Terracanta Winery produced with a blend of 70% Trebbiano grapes and 30% Malvasia grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in buried Georgian amphorae (Qvevri). After the initial fermentation, it undergoes bottle refermentation using the Ancestral Method until the following spring after the grape harvest, when it is disgorged. No filtration or clarification.
