Sanrosè Zero is a sparkling pink wine produced by Terraquilia Winery with Sangiovese local grapes organic agricoltures. Short maceration on skin in a steel tanks, spontaneous fermentation without temperature control, refermented in bottle with ancestral method aging on his yeasts for 15 months and disgorgement after this.
