Cross Fade by Cantina Wine Brewers is a rosé wine made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Vermentino grapes. The grapes are destemmed, and whole berries are placed in a stainless steel tank with a natural pied de cuve without added selected yeasts. They undergo a short carbonic maceration for 24 hours (using naturally developed CO₂), followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
