Is This It by Cantina Wine Brewers is an orange wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in raw concrete tanks, using a natural pied de cuve without added selected yeasts. It ferments on the skins for 24 days with daily cap management, followed by gentle pressing and aging for 6 months in unglazed concrete tanks before bottling.
