Bianco 182022 by winemaker Marco Merli is produced from a blend of 50% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano, 15% Malvasia di Candia, and 5% Grechetto grapes. The grapes are directly pressed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel over 18 days. After 25 days, the wine is racked for clarification, followed by another racking in the spring for blending. It then ages in stainless steel for 8 months.
