Musticcio of Tiberi Winery is a sparkling rosè, natural lively, made from Gamay and Ciliegiolo grapes, hand-harvested and directly put into the press. The wine is aged in fiberglass barrels and is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering. During the spring after the harvesting, the wine spontaneously re-ferments in the bottle with its yeasts.
