Guastafeste is a orange wine produced by Villa Job Winery with Pinot Grigio grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in open barrels for approximately 15 to 20 days, followed by a maceration on the skins for 2 months, aging in concrete tank and old barrels and for 12 months in the bottle. No filtration or clarification.
