Gravità Schioppettino is a red wine produced by Villa Job Winery with Schioppettino grapes. It undergoes spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with only native yeasts in open wooden barrels, aging for 36 months in concrete and old barrels, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle. No filtration or clarification.
