Risic Blanc is a with wine produced by Villa Job Winery with a blend of 80% Pinot Grigio and Malvasia, with 20% of the Pinot Grigio undergoing oxidation since 2008. Spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels for approximately 5 days. Subsequently, 80% of the wine is aged in concrete tanks and old oak barrels for over 6 years. The oxidative component, which makes up 20% of the blend, consists of 9 vintages of Pinot Grigio aging in partially emptied barrels using the solera method. After blending and bottling without filtration, the bottles rest for several more months in the cellar.
