N° 2 + from Cantina VNA is a Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine made from indigenous white grape varieties, with skin maceration for a few hours. It is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle through the addition of “mosto fiore” (fresh grape juice), and then aged on the lees for 24 months. After disgorgement, the topping up of this Classic Method Sparkling Wine is done by adding a small amount of wine that has been aged under a “flor” (a yeast layer) in partially filled wooden barrels.
