N° 2 from Cantina VNA is a Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine made from indigenous white grape varieties, with skin maceration for a few hours, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle through the addition of “mosto fiore” (fresh grape juice), and subsequent aging on the lees for 24 months.
