Pinky Promise is a sparkling pink wine produced by Yeasetria Winery with Pinot Nero, Cabernet, Merlot, Trebbiano(mecerated) grapes, without yeast added and no filtration, aging in steel tank and acacia barrels, refermented in bottle without degorgement.
