Cricò of Tiberi Winery is a sparkling red wine, vinified with Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes, 4 days of maceration on skin, aging in fiberglass tanks and is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering. During the spring after the harvesting, the wine spontaneously re-ferments in the bottle with its yeasts.
