A Sicilian agronomist and winemaker, Alessandro has developed a clear vision for his winery: to produce organic wines that are a direct expression of the territory, minimizing human intervention and favoring a natural winemaking approach. Alessandro firmly believes that wine should convey the essence of the grapes and the terroir it originates from, without artificial alterations.
