Sinfonia di Rosso by Cantina Alessandro Viola wine produced from Nerello Mascalese grapes, maceration on the skins in steel for the entire time of fermentation which occurs spontaneously, followed by aging in exhausted chestnut barrels of 500 liters for 7 months.
