Alma Raminga Winery
Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery is the result of an idea by Andrea Pesaresi, a winemaker with experience in various natural winemaking companies. He owns a very small vineyard in Bevagna, Perugia, where he cultivates grapes without the use of chemical treatments.
In the cellar, the winemaking process is guided by spontaneity, using indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. All the wines are bottled without clarification and filtration, with only a small addition of sulfur. For aging, Andrea Pesaresi relies on stainless steel, fiberglass, and demijohns.
More than just a winery, it is a boutique operation with minimal, highly meticulous, and extremely limited production, totaling approximately 3,000 bottles. The wines produced are single-varietal wines that authentically express the terroir, typical characteristics, and temperament of the region.
