Armischiu is a red wine produced by Alma Raminga Vini Erranti Winery with a blend of 75% Sangiovese grapes and 25% indigenous Umbrian red grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration on the skins for 5 days, afterward, it is blended and aging in stainless steel for 6 months and in demijohns for 12 months. No filtration or clarification.
