Apeca Winery born in Alba, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region in 2018. The name of the company comes from the surnames of its three founding partners: Soren Hansen, a Danish manager with a passion for Italian wine, Marco Perissinotto, a chef specializing in seafood cuisine, and Stefano Campaniello, a sommelier and wine producer in the Langhe region. The underlying idea behind the Apeca Wines project is to produce exceptional sparkling wines in the Piedmont region, highlighting the bubbles of the Alta Langa. The production philosophy of Soren, Marco, and Stefano is rooted in the concept of environmental awareness. For this reason, the grapes used to create Apeca Wines’ sparkling wines come from vineyards cultivated using natural and environmentally friendly methods that have minimal impact on the delicate balance of the extraordinary Langhe terroir.
