Famiglia Fabiani Winery
Famiglia Fabiani Winery born in Cinigiano, in the province of Grosseto, between the Tuscan Maremma and Mount Amiata. It’s a small family-run operation consisting of 17.5 hectares of land, including 2.5 hectares of vineyards, approximately fifty years old, cultivated using the Tuscan double-arched training system. Additionally, there is half a hectare with vines trained in a unilateral cordon spur system, approximately fifteen years old.
The goal of the winery is to create high-quality wines that can stand out in the market, primarily due to their multi-varietal vineyards with an average age of over thirty years, manual cultivation techniques, the production of natural wines with fermentations carried out solely by native yeasts, and the application of the main principles of biodynamics.
