Zabala is a red wine produced by Famiglia Fabiani Winery with Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes, spontaneous fermentation for approximately 30 to 35 days in stainless steel tanks with a medium-length maceration on skin, aging for 2 months in cement tanks and an additional 4 months in the bottle.
