I Cangianti Winery
The farm “I Cangianti By Stoppini” was born on the border line between Tuscany and Umbria. This is an idea by Stoppini’s brothers, whose goal is to produce natural wines which fermentation is spontaneous, thanks to the teaching of their grandparents to them. Wines are made without the add of chemical ingredients, fermentations were done spontaneously into vats and steel barrels, using ancient and modern techniques. Border line vineyard varieties are: Prognolo Gentile and Gamay del Trasimeno for the red wines, instead San Colombano and Malvasia Bianca Toscana for the white wines.
