Ambonnay Grand Cru Brut Rèserve is a champagne from the Andrè Beaufort winery produced from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, short maceration on the skins for 12 hours without adding sulfur, malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in steel barrels and refermentation in the bottle with the champenoise method, on the yeasts for at least 24 months and disgorgement a la voleè, no filtration or clarification.
