Ambonnay Grand Cru Brut Rèserve Rosè is a champagne from the Andrè Beaufort winery produced from Pinot Noir grapes from over 50 years old vines short maceration on the skins for 12 hours without adding sulfur, malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in steel barrels and refermentation in the bottle with the champenoise method, on the lees for at least 72 months and disgorging a la volee, no filtration or clarification.
The agriculture of production of this wine is artisanal, manual harvest and no use of chemicals in the vineyard.
