Petrorotondo is a pink sparkling wine produced from 80% Syrah, 15% Magliocco and 5% Greco Nero, spontaneous fermentation in steel vats, maceration on the skins for 24 hours, aging in amphora for 6 months. Refermentation in bottle, not clarified, unfiltered.
