Bosco Falconeria – Assiolo 2019

Bosco Falconeria winery is located 60 km from Palermo on the hills above Castellammare, was founded in 1933, then it was a company of about 12 hectares with a winery where seven millstones were in operation during the harvest period. The company takes its name from the Contrada Bosco Falconeria district located on hills at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, Natalia cultivates with her collaborator Saverio a total of 6.5 hectares of vineyards, 5 ha Catarratto and the remaining Nero d'Avola surface. The climate is typically Mediterranean the vine grows on red soils, of medium texture and with different exposures of the vineyard, depending on the parcel. Certified organic since 1989 – a philosophy focused on respecting everything that surrounds her, up to the transformation of grapes into wine.
