Micalet is a macerated white wine produced by Ca Foracaime Winery with Macabeo and Grenache Blanc grapes, sourced from century-old vines located in Pinell de Brai, maceration on skins for 13 days and once fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed and placed in stainless steel tanks.
