Chiaro by Cascina Val Liberata is a rosé wine made from a blend of Grignolino and Slarina grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with skin maceration for at least 10 days on 10% of the mass in concrete, followed by 6 months of aging in concrete tanks.
