Goccia Rosso of Cantina Cèdric Perraud produced 90% from Nerello Mascalese grapes and the remainder from white berried grapes such as Carricante and Minnella from the vineyards in the Randazzo district. Maceration on the skins for 10 days, spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel for 10 months.
