Distina is a sparkling orange wine produced by Distina Winery with a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica 60%, Moscato Bianco 20%, Marsanne 5%, Trebbiano Romagnolo 5%, Ortrugo 5% e Sauvignon 5% grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 15 days in concrete tanks, and subsequent aging in concrete as well. Refermentation in the bottle with its own yeasts, remaining on the lees (fine sediments) for a whole year.
