Madrenera of the Fabio Signorelli Winery is a red wine vinified with native Nerello Mascalese grapes from the ancient mixed vineyard of 1868 with sapling of the Bardazzi district. This mixture of nerello clones is harvested in late October, fermentation and maceration in small open vats for 18-24 days, followed by aging in concrete for 18 months. No filtration or clarification.
