Palmento di Levante from the Fabio Signorelli winery is a red wine made with native Nerello Mascalese grapes from two districts, Bardazzi from 1896 and Moganazzi further north due to its north-eastern exposure, facing the rising sun. Selection of grapes from 400 to 800 kg, They are vinified in small open vats, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in small concrete vats.
