Rosa Toscana Rosato IGT is a pink wine produced by Fonterenza Winery with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The wine is produced using the ancient saignée technique, meaning the free-run juice is separated from the skins after about 20 hours of maceration on skins, extracting rich color and intense aromas. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging period of around 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
