Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a red wine produced by from Fonterenza Winery with 100% Sangiovese grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels and a 90 days maceration on the skins,  aging in large oak barrels ranging from 50 to 20 hectoliters for a period of 40 to 60 months.
