Il Bianco di Civita is a orange wine produced by Fra I Monti Winery with Maturano and Fiano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on skins for approximately 8 days in an open vats, aging in terracotta amphorae for 10 months on its own lees and then an additional 4 months in the bottle. No filtration or clarification, and no sulfur is added.
