A’ la Voleè” is a sparkling white wine, refermented in the bottle, produced by Fra I Monti Winery with Semillon and Maturano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on skins for 4 days, and the sparkling process occurs by adding the same must preserved in the freezer until the following spring. No filtration and not disgorged.
