Moni is a white wine produced by Furlani Winery vinified with Moscato Giallo, Nosiola and Verdealbara , spontaneus fermentation and maceration on skin for 6 days in stainless tank with indigenous yeast, no filtration and any sulphite added. Aging for 6 months in a steel tanks.
