Colline Celeste of Hubert and Heidi Hausherr Winery is born from a blend of Gewurztraminer 68%, Riesling 12%, Pinot Grigio 18% grapes with short maceration on the skins for 12 hours without adding sulfur, subsequent aging in large barrels on the fine lees for at least 12 months, no filtration or clarification.
