Canajo is a red wine produced by Il Vinco Winery. The wine is produced with organic Canajolo Nero. 8 days of maceration on skin with native yeast, no herbicides, no treatments with chemical and/or synthetic fertilizers, pesticide treatments limited to low doses of copper and sulphur.
