Fuori Orario of the Winery Il Vinco is a white wine produced from 100% Procanico grapes grown in the municipality of Montefiascone. The una grapes are vinified in white without undergoing maceration, spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass vats where it is refined for 6 months and 2 months in the bottle.
