100% Groslot is a red wine produced by Les Grandes Vignes Winery with pure Grolleau grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with 45% whole clusters and 55% destemmed grapes. It then undergoes an 8 days maceration on the skins in barrels, followed by further aging for 6 months in the same container and subsequently in concrete tanks. There is no filtration or clarification, and no addition of sulfur.
