Amato is a red wine produced by Matrignano Winery vinified with Sangiovese and 10% of Merlot grapes, fermentation in steel tank with skin contact for 15 days, aging for 12 month in same tank and after 12 months in bottles. No yeast or sulfites added, unfiltered, fermented by natural methods.
