Liberoarbitrio is a pink wine produced by Mccalin Winery from Montepulciano grapes. Maceration on the skins for 6/20 haours, fermentation occurs spontaneously, follows aging in steel for 9 months, no filtration, no added yeast.

McCalin winery (name of our family, written as it is pronounced in the dialect) was born in 2015 as a hobby, then becoming a great passion, to be shared with joy and enthusiasm every day. We are on the Teramo coast in Abruzzo, a few kilometers from the sea. Wines produced entirely with grapes from five small and old vineyards with a total extension of about two hectares. An artisan work for the entire supply chain, both in the vineyards and in the cellar. Wines obtained from fermentation with spontaneous yeasts, neither clarified nor filtered.
