ZerodiBabo pink wine by winemaker Marco Merli, made from a blend of red grape varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Cabernet, and Sangiovese, with the addition of 3% Moscato Giallo. The wine is composed through three distinct vinification processes: 40% from saignée, 40% from soft pressing, and 20% from carbonic maceration of both white and red grapes. After the alcoholic fermentation, the three parts are blended in stainless steel tanks, where the wine ages for 6 months.
