Bianco Veneto IGT is a white wine produced by Montenigo Winery with pure Corvina grapes. The red grapes are gently pressed whole in a small press, resulting in a must with an amber color that is left to ferment in an oak tank. After fermentation is complete, aging in the same tank for at least 6 months.
