Gargànte is a sur lie, white refermented in bottle produced from 100% Garganega, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks without adding selected yeasts. Beginning aging about 5 months on indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, the refermentation in the bottle takes place by adding a small percentage of dried Garganega grape must to the sparkling base, without adding sulfur.
